Event Description:

Students will learn the basics of executing a roll cast, sidearm cast, overhead cast and bow-&-arrow cast using 4 and 5 weight fly rods and reels. We can provide you with all necessary equipment, but please feel free to bring your own if you would like!

Our Tenkara clinics will focus on basic strategy and methods of casting etc. More info on Tenkara-

10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

• Maximum of 5 students per instructor
• Classes will take place on the banks of the North Fork of the French Broad River,
  adjacent to Headwaters’ river shop at the intersection of Hwy. 215 and Hwy. 64, just outside Rosman, NC.  Directions
• If you have your own gear, bring it. Anything you dont have, we will be happy to provide for you (at no extra charge).
• $40.00 per person, couples clinic is $60 per couple.
• Payment required when reservations are made (reservations are requried).
• A fishing license is not required for this clinic.
• Dress warmly!  Many layers are recommended.
