Boards and basic instruction are provided in the SUP Yoga class. No yoga experience is necessary, but you must be comfortable in the water and know how to swim. Regular yogi? This will take you back to the basics of your very first class and learning poses in a different way, challenging, rewarding and an awesome time to connect to nature.
